How important is loyalty to you? What does it take to earn your loyalty? What extents are you willing to go through to maintain loyalty, and respect the loyalty others might have invested in you?

Moira trusts no one except herself and her loyalties lie only with herself. She sees everyone around her at varying levels of threats and works through torture, brainwashing, manipulation, and violence to keep the threat levels as low as possible. She believes that humans are incapable of prioritizing others over themselves, genuinely, and each person is acting in their own self interest. To this end, she also expects disloyalty from those around her and is unsurprised when it happens, accepting that she will be betrayed occasionally by those she could not completely control.

Your Faction leader, not just your boss but the leader, has asked you to carry out a hit. The target is a non-affiliated public leader, well-liked by the people of the city. Do you carry it out? Why or why not?

Yes, but Moira would respectfully ask if she is the best choice for such a high profile job, as surely a trained sniper would be the safer option. If the demand is still made and refusal threatens her research and/or way of life, she will carry out the hit as quickly, quietly, and efficiently as possible. Most likely poison of some sort, as tampering with their biotics would be a direct link back to her.

What is your favorite diversion? Hobbies, indulgences, vices? Would you put off important things for that diversion, or would you be more strict about how you spend your time and/or money?

Canonically, Moira enjoys fine art, literature, fashion, and music. Due to many of her voicelines and sprays, it is implied that she is involved with/participates in the European Kennel Club either training dogs and/or breeding them. Classic bougie shit, honestly.

An oni of the Shuten Clan has gone completely berserk, and is going on a violent rampage through the city. You can't stop him, but you CAN lead him elsewhere, but you only have two choices: a road by a discotheque with a large crowd in front, or the nearby park that you do not know is unoccupied, and may have children present. What do you choose, and why?

Either option is open to Moira, as she is unconcerned with the potential death of children and more with the damage that might be done to the building, location, and reputation of the area. If the park is on enemy grounds, she would send the oni there regardless of any casualties, same as if the discotheque was on enemy grounds, too. She would see the oni rampaging as a chance to make a targeted attack, especially if she can leverage public perception in her favour as well.

POWERS & ABILITIES:
Moira has experimented on herself openly and freely, her right arm (non dominant) having been mutated into a grotesque purple claw that can absorb the health (biotics) of others.She has physically altered her DNA to do this, so I would like for the physical presence to be kept, but she will have her ability to absorb biotics taken away.

Moira's ability to produce biotics is done through a mechanical rig that is hooked up into her right arm to harvest the biotic energy that Moira absorbs and turn it into biotics that can then be released through a machine on her left forearm. Because Moira cannot harvest biotic energy at this point, the rig will be unusable. Once her ability to hurt others through her biotics is regained, she technically would also regain her ability to heal others. I will say, though, that this would be a separate large power reward instead, as we can simply say the rig is sealed/blocked from working until then.

Moira also has the ability to "fade" where she turns into a willowy specter of herself that is impervious to damage and is released from the bonds of gravity while also still able to interact with objects in the world. Her speed is increased, as is her ability to jump and glide. This lasts for only 3/4th of a second and can only be triggered every 30. This will also be taken away from her to be regained later.

SUITABILITY: Moira is a straight up wanted war criminal guilty of human experimentation and animal cruelty. She's straight up violated virtually every clause in the geneva convention. This wouldn't be her first run in with violence, crime, organized crime, drugs, abuse, sex, and anything else the seedy underground might spit up.

Shuten Clan

Moira is brutal and willing to cross whatever line required in order to achieve her goal. While she's not a fan of heavy handed brute strength, she does take extreme joy in weakening her opponent until they beg for mercy and she is in complete control of their life in that moment. She doesn't take "honor" or "dishonor" very seriously, but she demands respect regardless though it is rare for her to respect those higher than her. She sees her way as the best way for humanity to continue, and is willing to force the change onto humanity herself.

Tamamo Clan

Moira is deeply interested in many "finer" aspects of life, enjoying a highfalutin life of delicious food, expensive art, and fast dogs. She deeply enjoys her work but also deeply enjoys her time away from the laboratory just as much. Her innerlife is private and vast, enjoying certain classic shounen anime, David Bowie, to taking care of animals in her spare time. Moira is interested in the libertarian future spoken of, as the moral and ethical bonds of government have bound her hands in terms of her scientific research, and very much is interested in pursuing that future.

This is the group that Moira would absolutely not ever be part of. She is an elitist, truly, and is the kind of person who would be really excited by crispr babies.

Department of the Enma

Moira is an absolute firm believer in order, law, and rule, just not in the way that the governments of the world have implemented. The rule of law should be left to those with the power to truly further humanity— and Moira, of course, counts herself amongst those that should be ruling. She absolutely believes in the tiered capitalist caste system and dislikes those in the caste system that try to appease those "below" by limiting the movements of the higher ranks. Rule and law is important to her, but the minutiae of life is absolutely unappealing to her, as she cares little if the "lower caste" fight amongst themselves.
